Unlimited customization
The Basic range as listed in this brochure can be expanded at will by choosing from a large number of customization options including: half-lap joints, priming or finish lacquering, cut-to-size, additional HPL or veneer layers custom made sandwich panel.
Plywood and MDF panels
At Kuiper Holland, we are proud to utilize our in-house designed plywood: Queenply®. This plywood is extremely durable and stable, making it perfect for yachting and camper-building applications. It is lighter and more layered than other plywood on the market. Also, there are no gaps, giving it a very neat look.

Plywood, a renowned material, consists of thin layers of wood veneer that are carefully bonded together using adhesives. This construction imparts remarkable strength and durability to our panels, ensuring they can withstand the demanding requirements of the yachting industry. Plywood’s cross-grain composition offers superior resistance to warping, shrinking, and cracking, while also providing excellent screw-holding capabilities. We meticulously select top-grade plywood to ensure optimal performance and reliability in our panels.
In addition to plywood, we employ Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) in our panel manufacturing process. MDF is created by combining wood fibres with resin under high pressure and heat, resulting in a dense, smooth, and uniform board. Its exceptional stability and uniformity make it an ideal choice for precision panel production. MDF enables clean cuts, intricate shaping, and precise machining, allowing us to craft panels with intricate designs and flawless finishes. The smooth surface of MDF is also perfect for the application of veneers and finishes, enhancing the overall aesthetics of our panels.
Our veneered and technical panels, meticulously crafted using plywood and MDF as core materials, are tailored to meet the exacting standards of the yachting industry and interior building projects.
